We have standards, and here are the times you won’t qualify for a return:

  • Missed the 30-Day Window? Well, aren’t you fashionably late! If more than 30 days have passed since you received your fabulous goods, the return ship has sailed.
  • Used Products? Once you’ve cracked open the packaging and tried it out, returns are off the table (unless, of course, something’s faulty. Then, we’ve got your back).

Refunds: We’re Here for the Glow-Up.

Look, we’ve helped thousands of beauties achieve next-level lashes, brows, hair and skin, but if our products didn’t give you life, don’t stress. We offer a money-back guarantee—because we’re as smooth as that perfect winged liner you’re aiming for. Here’s how to make sure you’re eligible for a refund:

  1. Follow the Instructions: Use our products correctly—check the guides and document your beauty journey with pics before, during, and after application. (We love receipts!)
  2. Not Feeling Glam Enough? Email us at contact@beauty-bitch.com with your pics, and our glam squad will hit you up with tips.
  3. Still Not Thrilled? If your beauty didn’t pop, send your pics and refund request to contact@beauty-bitc. co.uk, and we’ll make it right.

30-Day Return Policy: It’s Non-Negotiable.

You’ve got 30 days from when your package lands to return it in pristine, untouched, never-used condition. Here’s what we expect:

  • Sealed and Unused: If it’s been opened or touched, keep it.
  • Include Everything: That means the original packaging, all the accessories, manuals, and your proof of purchase. Missing something? No return for you!
  • Photo Evidence: Snap a pic of the item in its untouched, sealed state before you send it back.
  • Return Shipping? That’s on you, boo. We don’t cover return shipping costs unless we messed up, and let’s be real, we don’t mess up often.

Refund or Store Credit? Here’s the Deal:

  • Full-Priced Items: You can get a refund (minus a £10 restocking fee, because warehouses don’t run on love alone) unless you paid with Klarna. In that case, it’s store credit only.
  • Discounted Items? Promo codes = store credit, not refunds.
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Same goes for any taxes or customs duties.

Some Things Are Just Non-Refundable:

  • If You Opened It: Once that seal’s broken, it’s a no-go. (Unless it’s faulty—then we’ll sort you out.)
  • Shipping Delays: We can’t control the weather or postal mishaps. Shipping slowdowns aren’t on us, darling.
  • Returns Without an RMA Number: You need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to send anything back. No RMA? No refund, and we’ll hit you with a £10 restocking fee. Ouch.

Defective Products? We’ve Got You.

If your item is defective, we’re truly sorry (and a bit shocked). Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and some pics or a video, and we’ll fix it fast. But heads up—if you broke it, dunked it in water, or got creative with it, that’s on you. Our warranty doesn’t cover misuse or abuse.

The Fine Print (Because We’re Fancy Like That):

  • Restocking Fee: Yep, there’s a £10 restocking fee for all returns. This helps cover shipping and warehouse costs.
  • Return Shipping Risk: Once you send it back, it’s your responsibility until it lands in our hands. Lost in the mail? Don’t look at us.
  • Return Approval: Every return needs to be approved by our team before it’s sent back. No approval, no refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds take 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Cancellations and RTS (Return to Sender):

If you cancel or refuse your package, you’ll face a £10 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Sorry, but once an order is in motion, it’s hard to stop! It can take up to four weeks to process your refund once we get the package back.
